TECHNOLOGY POLICY

While this conference is impossible without technology, delegates are encouraged to do enough research before the conference so that fruitful discussion is possible. Aside from communicating with other delegates, delegates are encouraged to remain attentive and engaged while any chair or delegate is speaking. Regarding resolution papers, only under the chairs' discretion, may delegates work on their papers during formal and moderated discussion.
